This document explains how WriteMyPaperIn3Hours creates, reviews, and updates every piece of content we publish or deliver to clients.
It is intended for students, educators, journalists, and any stakeholder who wishes to understand our quality-control standards.

1. Purpose and Scope

The editorial policy governs all custom papers, blog posts, email guides, and downloadable resources produced under the WriteMyPaperIn3Hours brand.
It does not replace our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy but complements them by focusing on academic integrity and content accuracy.

2. Writer Recruitment and Vetting

  • Minimum qualification: master’s degree; 48 % of active writers hold a PhD.
  • All applicants complete a timed subject-knowledge exam and a one-page test essay checked for originality.
  • Acceptance rate in 2024–2025: 7.6 %.
  • New hires enter a four-week probation period supervised by senior editors.

3. Content Production Workflow

  1. Client brief received and clarified through the order form or live chat.
  2. Writer conducts research using peer-reviewed journals, library databases, and authoritative web sources (.edu, .gov, mainstream academic publishers).
  3. First draft completed and self-checked for structure, argument logic, and citation accuracy.
  4. Plagiarism scan using Turnitin-compatible software (similarity threshold ≤ 5 %).
  5. Internal quality-assurance editor reviews formatting, style, and source accuracy.
  6. Final document and originality report delivered to the client.

4. Plagiarism and AI-Generated Text Policy

We require every draft to be composed from scratch.
Large-language-model tools may be used for idea generation or outline planning only under human supervision; any AI-assisted passages are rewritten and fact-checked before submission.
Each paper must return a similarity score below 5 % in our plagiarism scan.
Clients receive the full report at no charge.

5. Source and Fact-Checking Guidelines

  • Prefer peer-reviewed journals, books from academic presses, and primary data sets.
  • Avoid tertiary aggregators (e.g., encyclopedia summaries) unless used only for background context.
  • Statistics must cite the original study or official database and include publication year.
  • Historical references older than ten years are acceptable if the work is a primary source.

6. Content Updates and Review Schedule

Blog articles undergo an annual audit to refresh citations, replace outdated style-guide rules, and incorporate new research.
Custom papers are retained in our secure archive for 30 days to facilitate revision requests, then permanently deleted.

7. Corrections and Revisions

Clients may request unlimited free revisions within seven days of delivery.
Factual errors identified after publication on our blog are corrected within 48 hours; a note detailing the change and date of modification is appended to the article.

8. Ethical Use Statement
